This website is operated by Aurella. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aurella. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products, specifically Berberine 1600mg, are intended for use by adults only.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchase is subject to our 60-Day Return Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. As stated in that policy, returns are only accepted for unopened products with intact seals. Opened products are strictly non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

6. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURELLA, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

 

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or any damages arising from your use of any of our products (including Berberine 1600mg). In no event shall Aurella’s total liability to you exceed the price paid for the product purchased.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aurella and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your Registered State, e.g., Delaware].

Mandatory Arbitration: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court. This means you waive your right to a class-action lawsuit.
